Recommended Ongoing Home Maintenance Continuity Plan
Enrollment in an ongoing maintenance plan helps prevent costly emergency repairs, supports consistent preventative care and keeps major home systems operating efficiently year-round.
Plan 1
Monthly Care
HVAC air-filter replacement and performance check
Visual inspection for plumbing leaks under sinks
Drain-clear and disposal-care check
Exterior perimeter pest and insect-barrier inspection
Plan 2
Biannual - Two Times Per Year
Roof flashing and gutter-debris cleanout
Water-heater flush and pressure-relief valve test
Main electrical-panel and GFCI testing
Attic and crawl-space moisture or mold inspection
Plan 3
Annual - One Time Per Year
Complete top-to-bottom structure and foundation check
Full HVAC system tune-up and coil cleaning
Exterior siding and foundation wash or touch-up check
Termite and wood-destroying-organism inspection
Maintenance plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Scheduled visits will be coordinated at least seven business days before service. Parts or major repair work identified during routine checkups will be quoted separately and are not included unless stated otherwise.
The client has reviewed the selected continuity-plan option and recurring billing amount.
