This estimate is based on a visual inspection of accessible areas at the time of evaluation. Final project scope and costs are subject to change if hidden defects, structural barriers, or unseen code compliance issues are discovered upon beginning work. This estimate is valid for 30 days from the inspection date above.

Recommended Ongoing Home Maintenance Continuity Plan

Enrollment in an ongoing maintenance plan helps prevent costly emergency repairs, supports consistent preventative care and keeps major home systems operating efficiently year-round.

Plan 1

Monthly Care

  • HVAC air-filter replacement and performance check
  • Visual inspection for plumbing leaks under sinks
  • Drain-clear and disposal-care check
  • Exterior perimeter pest and insect-barrier inspection

Biannual - Two Times Per Year

  • Roof flashing and gutter-debris cleanout
  • Water-heater flush and pressure-relief valve test
  • Main electrical-panel and GFCI testing
  • Attic and crawl-space moisture or mold inspection

Annual - One Time Per Year

  • Complete top-to-bottom structure and foundation check
  • Full HVAC system tune-up and coil cleaning
  • Exterior siding and foundation wash or touch-up check
  • Termite and wood-destroying-organism inspection

Maintenance plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Scheduled visits will be coordinated at least seven business days before service. Parts or major repair work identified during routine checkups will be quoted separately and are not included unless stated otherwise.
